Return Policy

Due to the custom handmade nature of our items we unfortunately cannot offer refunds on our products.  

If there is a craftsmanship issue regarding our product, please email us with your concerns - we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Craftsmanship issues will be considered within 3 days of delivery.  Exchanges may only be considered if an item shows no visible sign of use or damage and can be considered new.  If we find there is a problem with your product it must be shipped back within 5 days.  All exchanges will be replaced with an item of similar size, color way and design concept only.  

Given this exchange policy, and the fact that we maintain a one-of-a-kind inventory, we require up to 3-4 weeks lead time to source, craft and ship an exchanged item. Once we receive and inspect the exchanged item we will begin the process of handcrafting a new item.

Domestic Shipping

We ship Priority Mail (1-3 days) with the USPS.  Shipments are mailed each Wednesday.  Unless otherwise noted, all items are made to order and will ship within 5 weeks.  For pre-order items, please see product descriptions for approximate shipment expectations.  Should you require guaranteed express shipping we can certainly accommodate .  Simply send us an email at kara@needleandknot.com to make arrangements prior to purchase.  Upon shipment you will be emailed with tracking information for your purchase.

International Shipping

For international inquiries, please contact kara@needleandknot.com to determine accurate shipping costs by country. Any other customs fees, taxes or optional insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance and Lost/Damaged Packages

Needle and Knot insures all packages over $250.  If you would like to purchase insurance for any order under $250 please email kara@needleandknot.com prior to placing your order.  

If an insured package is damaged in transit it will be eligible for a refund.  Please contact kara@needleandknot.com within 3 days of delivery in order to receive your refund.

Packages which are lost due to incorrect address provided by buyer are not the responsibility of Needle and Knot.  Packages which were not recovered at your local post office after receipt of notification are also not the responsibility of Needle and Knot.
