Learn how to weave!

Have you always wanted to learn how to weave? Been curious about my process? Or maybe you’d just like to learn a new art form. Well, grab some friends and head out for the night in Cambridge to laugh, learn and create alongside both old and new friends alike. We will supply everything you’ll need for the workshop and the best part is you can take everything home! Well, maybe not the champagne.

  • approximately 2 1/2 hours of instruction 

  • 12” x 16” frame lap loom 

  • weaving tools (weaving comb, weaving shuttle, shed stick, tapestry needle)

Intermediate Weaving Workshop

Take Your Weaving Skills to New Heights!

2-5 pm

Bring your own loom and come on down to Cambridge on Sunday January 13th for our intermediate weaving workshop. Learn new skills, make new friends and enjoy the diverse neighborhood that is Harvard Square!

This workshop is for weavers who have mastered the basics of weaving like warping up a loom, creating soumak and rya and finishing their weave on a dowel. Children't Fiber Art Class

“Fibertastic Art” Children’s Class


Class runs 10 weeks, from 1/23/19 through 4/3/19

In this class students will explore a variety of fiber based art including radial design weaving, tapestry weaving and macrame techniques. You can expect artwork to be colorful, textural and abstract and include other items such as bookmarks, coasters or dreamcatchers. Some projects will introduce a mixed media approach using colored markers, everyday objects and textile accessories. Come learn more about fiber arts in this creative and fun environment as we explore this highly tactile art form together.

“Fiber Frenzy” Children’s Workshop

Register your child for this fun, interactive and hands on workshop during February break.

In this one day workshop students will explore a variety of fiber art techniques. Projects may include creation of a dreamcatcher, radial design weaving and other fiber art accessories for the home. What better way to warm up during winter break than with cozy fibers and colorful artwork!
